2010, part deux
July
Visits from the whole family (not all at once) and lots of new lovely people to picnic and party with!
August
Pretty much all pictures from August includes Isabel, and the Moose - so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out how I spent most of that month...
September
Darling Carolina joined our swedes in Paris-crew, I decided it was not yet cold enough for some late night swimming, we celebrated a bunch of birthdays and last but certainly not least - Guns N' Roses in Bercy!!!
October
All hallows eve; twice in a row, lot's of aussies and a final proof of just how bad both mine and Emilias sense of direction is...
November
Lot's of parties, including a Pirate themed one and thanksgiving at Marcel and Angelas.
December
Hanging out with Josie (and little Martina, of course), a classy night of Ferrero Rocher and Champagne - quickly turning in to a heavy metal gig and who knows what... Thomas, a tattoo and then back to where it all started - Stockholm!
This, my dearest darlings, was a quick resumé of my year.
It's had it's ups and downs, but all in all, it's been good.
Most importantly, I've met a number of people I can't see myself without now;
now let's say CHEERS to a fantastic new year!!!

2010, part une
January
Started the year in Stockholm, with my darling old friends - then hooked up with Emilia and jeted back to Paris together.
February
A broken finger and lost fingernail, a handsome englishman and good friends.
March
A set and a half of parents came to visit, new american pals and lots of late nights (nothing new there).
April
The highlight of April was definitely when sweetheart Sophia flew in from Stockholm!
May
Said goodbye to Emilia who went back to the north, and started hanging out with Patrick, amongst other great people.
June
Moosabel!! Holly! Kat! Laura! Gay Pride! Great month!!
Kimmy Keff & Döner
We've had many nicknames over the years, and darling Sophia - ever since that new years celebration in Copenhagen, you're still Kimmy Keff in my phonebook.
7 years and still going strong!
Love you sweets!

Time for a change
Today I did something, for me, very big. For the first time in years - I went to a salon and got a proper haircut! Quite a big change (at least in my eyes), and I absolutely love it!
Also had coffee with dad and picked up a couple of books from the sale, Mick Walls book on Metallica amongst others. Good day!
No good pics of the new do yet, I'll post some randoms from these latest couple of days for now.
Now - The penguins of madagascar!
Lovely Linda at Kofi the other day
Darling mum at Wayne's Coffee
After a lovely family dinner at Sophia's last night, we went to Friday's for cocktails with Linda - if there's something I miss about Stockholm, it's definitely my beautiful friends <3
Oldies
Been feeling very weak all day, I think it's this christmas diet that's messing with my system.. However, me and mum decided to put on our warmest and head out in to the cold for some shopping! Came home one pair of pants, one pair of boots and a dress richer. Am now working on getting an appointment at a fancy pants hair salon for tomorrow, I'm coming back to Paris a new woman!
Until then, feel free to enjoy some oldies : )
Tradition
Last night I stuck with old tradition and spent the evening of christmas day at Harry B James, with my darling girls! Also ran in to dear Jesper from last x-mas, who has now equipped me with a swedish sim card, how great are my friends??
Now, off for coffee (if anyone finds a good word for fika, feel free to pass it on) with lovely Linda, hope you're having just as great of a day as I am!
Mistress for christmas
I didn't get a mistress for christmas (sniff), but I did get a bunch of other great stuff - including a trip to the hairdresser, boots, audrey hepburn films and lovely shower stuff!
Christmas eve was a very peaceful, calm day in company of my beautiful family. Food, Kalle Anka, food again, presents, more food, santa & reindeer and a some more food.
Took around a million pictures, and naturally, I want to share it with you my darlings.
Enjoy!
Killer santa and his little helpers
Last night we decorated the tree, in a very traditional way. Present were aggressive santa, the christmas alien, robber teddy and the two reindeers, both a bit red nosed after some wine.
Now, off to grandma's for lunch, 'cause that's what christmas is all really about - food.
Merry christmas my loves!
INK
Thank you Stephen!!
(and a little thanks to marcel and mr pringles too, who were there to supervise)
Home, sweet home
At 2:20 last night I touched swedish ground for the first time in a year. Although the flight was more than a little bit delayed, the flight crew were all very friendly - and I loved the guy who did the announcements... (imagine this in a very sleepy, french accent)
"Ladies and gentlemen, we have now landed in Arlanda, Stockholm. It is a fresh minus 25 degrees outside and no sun. (pause) because (pause again) ... it's night. Hope you eh... had a good flight with us. (pause) Happy holidays!"
Freudian slip, hello
Talking to emilia about a guy, when I accidentally write 'I won't get my hopes up about him' instead of 'I won't jump him' (almost the same thing in swedish - hoppas, hoppa)...
me: oops freudian slip hello
emilia: is hello his name too?
me: what? no?
emilia: you wrote freudian slip hello? I was wondering if hello is a part of his name?
me: hahah, google freudian slip - it's not his name!
emilia: oh, I searched for him on facebook...
This just made my whole day, thank you emilia!!
Long live Puss
Friends, family, moose - let me introduce to you, my latest big love!
Puss junior!
I <3 Craig
A perfect balance
After a very long night at Marks on monday (got up at 6 monday morning for work, and got to bed at around 8 o'clock tuesday morning, tired anyone?) I decided to take a nice and calm tuesday. Work for a couple of hours, a drink with new found french friend and dinner + movie at Daves.
This means that I will most likely need some entertainment tonight.. Josie, I'm counting on you!
And I give to you; Song of the day!
"I'll move to Paris, shoot some heroin and fuck with the stars.. "
My happy place
Waking up at 6 this morning and hurrying to work in the dark, with soaking wet feet after 2 minutes, did not make me a happy camper. A very pissed off camper to be more exact.
Under those circumstances there are few things that cheer me up - but some memories do the trick pretty much every time..
1. My birthday this year - dinner at Chez Papa with my lovely ladies, and the complete surprise when all the lights went out and a candle lit cake came out accompanied by pretty much the whole restaurant singing Happy Birthday. Oh, and the waiter declaring his love for me was a nice finish too..
2. 13th of September, 2010 - a night I will never forget for as long as I live. Axl, I love you 'til I die, that is all I can say.
And listening to this did spark up my morning a bit too:
(best line: playing naked twister back at my hotel, or what do you say my dear moose...?)
Oysters and jazz
I've been very quiet this weekend, since it has been quite eventless. Anyhow, I spent a very pleasant friday evening in the company of Matthew, Orlando, Ash etc. Oysters were served, jazz was played - very french indeed.
Now I'm going back to my un-happening weekend, laters lovers
